Tooltech understands and values its customers' need for confidentiality. Keeping this in mind, we have created a secure and safe work environment to handle confidentiality data and dissemination of selective information.

ISO 27001:2005 certified, our Information Security Management system (ISMS) is enabled by:

Controlled Data Access: Inputs regarding the projects, are received by Project Managers / Project Leaders. The data is shared with the team selectively and only on need basis. The entire network is guarded by a strong domain structure and access control mechanism.

Safe Data Transfer: Protocols such as FTP, VPN, OFTP, PDM / PLM, connectivity through VPN etc. have been adopted as per client requirements, to ensure secure data transfer.

Stringent Controls: We have taken strong measures in order to ensure security at all levels. Non Disclosure Agreements for employees, regulation of physical entry, usage of storage devices disabled on all machines and well established "Disaster Recovery Plans" complement data security.

Training: Compulsory training is held for new employees regarding security practices and the importance of these measures. Regular training and re-training is held to ensure that all employees are aware about safe data handling & effective control mechanisms.

Intensive Plans: In order to ensure sustained focus, mock ups are made at regular intervals and the "Business Continuity Plan" is continually intensified.

Regular Checks: Our Information Security Management System (ISMS-ISO 27000) is audited every quarter by trained internal auditors and certifying agency BVQI.
