Mr. J.K. Khanna, is among
the doyens in the Accounting profession in India. A
Chartered Accountant since 1958, he has been in practice
for over 45 years. He is an icon for upholding good
ways over means and for ethical professional conduct.
Mr. J.K. Khanna is an authority on tax, corporate finance
and in the promotion of technology entrepreneurship.
He has assisted either as an advisor or promoter of
several start up companies (both of Indian and MNC origin);
many of whom have gone on to be industry leaders.
His firm specializes in tax consulting, regulatory
and business advisory and assurance services. He is
Senior Partner of M/s RKJK Khanna & Co., a firm in practice
since 1947.
Currently he devotes a lot of his time to charity and
serves as a Board member of several charitable foundations
and the Indian Merchants Chamber. Rotary International
conferred upon him in the 90s with its highest honour,
the Distinguished Service Award for Services to Humanity.
Mr. J.K. Khanna is based in Mumbai. He is married since
1961, to Kiran and they have two sons, Atul (45) and
Ajay (44) and four grandchildren. Atul is an entrepreneur.
Ajay is a PhD in Mathematics and an Investment Banker
