Attorney-at-law Jukka Kallio
(1968), served as the Managing Director of the operations
of a New York-based law firm in Helsinki before establishing
Asianajotoimisto Jukka Kallio Oy in late 2000. He has
been the primary attorney in several domestic and international
M&A transactions as well as several transactions within
the mining and ICT sectors. Jukka Kallio concentrates
on mergers and acquisitions, ICT transactions, and mining
law. He is the first Finnish attorney to be invited
to join the Association of European Science & Technology
Transfer Professionals (ASTP), which is a platform for
highly skilled technology transfer professionals. Kallio
is also the only Finnish mining lawyer in the international
Who's Who Legal Mining Lawyers publication and serves
as a director to the Board of Directors of several companies,
including Tooltech Europe Oy.
He is based in Helsinki. |
