Tooltech serves a variety of industries that include Automotive, Marine & General Engineering amongst others. To each of these sectors the group brings specific knowledge and past experience, having dealt with leading international OEMs and their system suppliers.

All our engineers have:

• Either a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
  
• Extensive CAD experience
  
  
• Software skills include advanced Pro/Engineer, Inventor, Unigraphics, CATIAV4/V5, AutoCAD, SolidEdge, Solidworks, Ideas, Vertex and Tribon
  
  
• Work experience spanning from 3 to 10 years
  
  
• Proven track record for executing projects at client's site in Europe and U.S.A (onsite), at the India office (offshore), as well as a combination of both.
  
  
• Fluent English
  
  
• Valid Indian passports

This leads to focus on high end knowledge transfer in which each engineer plays an independent role within his team. Engineers learn to be responsible for their own decisions and work independently within a framework of team rules. This is a lesson we have learnt through our exposure to the European market.
