Jukka Kallio, served as the Managing Director of Operations of a New York-based law firm in Helsinki before establishing AsianajotoimistoJukkaKallio Oy till recently. He has been the primary attorney in several domestic and international M&A transactions as well as several transactions in the mining and ICT sectors. He is the first Finnish attorney to be invited to join the Association of European Science & Technology Transfer Professionals (ASTP), which is a platform for highly skilled technology transfer professionals. He is also the only Finnish mining lawyer listed in the mining edition of the international Who’s Who Business Lawyers publication for over five years in row, and serves as a member on the Board of Directors of several companies, including Tooltech.
