Mr. Kadle is a tool engineer from NTTF and has over 16 years experience in Project Management, Process development, Optimization & Operational excellence. Before Tooltech, he worked in the production tool rooms of well-known manufacturing companies. At Tooltech he was a delivery head for large engineering projects and has also mentored the human resource department with resource handling & manpower management. He is now in charge of special projects in the domain of rail coach developments, aerospace engineering, infrastructure consulting and other similar global tenders.
