Our managers constantly assess the skill sets of our team and recommend further learning. The employee himself can ask for additional training in his particular skills, or approach management to learn new technologies. Learning is encouraged through the classroom method or through personal initiative, like e-learning programs. By promoting learning, we have created a team that strives to provide knowledge based solutions to meet niche customer demands.
We make our employees versatile engineers by giving them responsibilities across multiple projects and domains.
