Engineers are regularly sent overseas to work on dynamic and challenging projects. They could be based at our offices in or at the client sites across Europe and North America. They are constantly exposed to working with industry leaders using leading edge technology, which helps them expand their thinking and horizons.

Tooltech also encourages the concept of mentoring, In fact, the President of the Company is also the chief mentor. Each person in the Company is made aware that his growth within the organization is dependent on mentoring and developing his direct reports.
