Bipasha Datta
Chief Operating Officer
Bipasha is a commerce graduate and an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She has worked in various organisational environments right from small not for profit firms to large MNC’s. Starting out as a market research and strategy specialist with Nielsen India, she went on to garner mainstream sales and marketing experience in India’s outsourcing and real estate sectors. At Tooltech she first oversaw business development and corporate communication before stepping up as COO. True to her background in research, she brings a strong curiosity and love for learning to the role. When she’s not working, she can usually be found reading contemporary literary fiction, exploring and learning more about food and textile cultures or walking - whether through her hometown or a new city she is just getting to know.
Sachin Palve
Project Leader - Process Equipment
Mr. Palve is an engineer with over 24 years of experience in pulp machinery and equipment, ship and port equipment, and earth moving machinery. He also holds expertise in the design and manufacturing of jigs, fixtures, and progressive tools. He has been with Tooltech for the past 18 years and has led pulp equipment projects for our Swedish client for the last 13 years, including providing support in manufacturing. When he's not engaged in engineering work, he enjoys watching and playing sports, following current political news, and listening to music.
Chetan Dhage
Project Leader - Heavy Machinery
Mr. Dhage is a seasoned mechanical engineer and accomplished project manager with 18 years of experience, specializing in the paper and pulp sector, heavy industry, and earth moving equipment. Throughout his tenure at Tooltech, spanning over 18 years, he has played a key role in a diverse range of projects across the paper and pulp industry, steel manufacturing, and earth moving equipment domains. His extensive background demonstrates a strong track record of delivering complex projects and contributing to multiple facets of industrial engineering and project management. Outside of work, he has a keen interest in exploring new technologies and is an avid follower of sports.
Manoj Sangave
Project Leader – New Tech Projects & SAP
Manoj is passionate about management for sustainable results through building and leading great teams, which are set around values, culture, critical thinking, high ethics and compliance. A process-oriented technologist, he combines deep technical expertise with a focus on creating efficient workflows and methodologies. With 21+ years of industry experience, Manoj is a seasoned project manager with a strong background in new technology projects. Over the past 14 years at Tooltech Global Engineering, he has led end-to-end product development across electric vehicles (EVs), general engineering, and manufacturing domains. He has successfully managed cross-functional global teams, including electrical, electronics, industrial design, and software engineering professionals—delivering innovation, collaboration, and consistent execution excellence. Beyond his professional role, he enjoys reading books, watching movies and spending time with family
Amit Shah
Project Management Office
Mr. Shah is a mechanical engineer with 24 years of experience in the engineering of automotive lines. He has gained extensive exposure working with various European clients. At Tooltech, he has been contributing for the past 20 years across diverse domains including paper machinery automation, panel board machinery design, and textile machinery design. He currently leads a large team of engineers responsible for production documentation of automotive lines for multiple clients. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys following sports, staying updated with current events, exploring spicy cuisine, socializing, and discovering new technologies.
Prakriti Urade
Project Leader - Electrical & Automation
Ms. Urade is an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer with over 14 years of experience successfully leading a wide range of projects involving E-Plan P8 design, control panel schematics, Siemens/Fanuc template projects, and PLC programming. Her expertise extends to on-site coordination with global clients, macro standardization, and managing end-to-end phases of engineering—from design and documentation to cost estimation and final delivery. Beyond her professional role, she enjoys seasonal travel to the mountains and beaches, maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and dance, and spending quality time with her baby and pet dog, Whisky. She also values meaningful interactions and connections, while maintaining a thoughtful and balanced approach to social engagement.
Nikhil Bartakke
Project Leader - Ship Design
Mr. Bartakke is an experienced Shipbuilding Engineer with about 20 years of global experience working on variety of vessels like Supply vessel, Tugs, Ferries, Cruises, Ro-Ro Ships and Barges. Having worked extensively at clients’ locations across the USA, Italy, the Middle East, and other international locations. He has been associated with Tooltech from last three years and has participated in project management as well as execution for the ship design team. His role has included serving as the client representative for LNG tank fabrication for a major European client. Most recently, he spearheaded the successful setup of a Tooltech project team at one of India’s leading shipyards.
Kirankumar Kotalwar
Project Leader - Project Planning & Control
Mr. Kotalwar is a seasoned project management professional with over 18 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a strong focus on metro and railway projects. He also brings expertise in the digitization of project management processes. For the past three years, he has been associated with Tooltech, where he has been leading key transportation infrastructure projects. Outside of work, he is passionate about exploring new destinations and discovering diverse cultures through travel.
Rishika Patil
Director – Marketing
Ms. Patil is an MBA(Marketing) and also has Masters in Life Sciences from Pune University. Her career spans multiple industries — from technology and engineering to finance and life sciences — giving her a broad, practical perspective on how businesses grow and communicate. She’s been with Tooltech for over 14 years, where she leads marketing and corporate communications. Her role is hands-on and strategic, focused on building the brand, driving engagement, and supporting the company’s global positioning. An avid traveller, Rishika enjoys exploring new cultures and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Manish Datir
Head - Accounting & Finance
Mr. Datir completed his Chartered Accountancy course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013. He began his career as a Senior Finance Officer at a construction company, where he managed financial operations across various projects. At Tooltech, he heads the accounts department and oversees all activities related to accounts and finance. His responsibilities include preparing MIS reports for management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, managing timely month-end and year-end closings, monitoring internal controls, and conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. He also handles finalization and consolidation of accounts, monthly payroll processing, and coordination with auditors across all group companies. Beyond his professional role, he enjoys playing cricket, cooking, and listening to music.
Monimoy Sengupta
Head – Human Resources
Mr. Sengupta holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings over 18 years of experience across HR consulting, organization development, and strategic advisory. His work spans multiple industries—including engineering services, IT, and manufacturing—where he has partnered with leadership teams to drive performance, build capability, and strengthen people practices. At Tooltech, he leads consulting-led HR initiatives and strategic interventions focused on enabling business growth, enhancing talent effectiveness, and fostering a future-ready organization.
