Atul Khanna is an entrepreneur, author, and an advocate for pioneering knowledge collaboration between Europe and India across industry, academia, and government. His first company, DrillcoSeco Limited, was an Indo-European joint venture which combined European engineering with Indian costs in a manufactured product. This framework was to provide the basis for Mr. Khanna’s vision for future work, in international collaborative processes as also in developing a broader knowledge corridor between Europe and India. In addition to engineering design at Tooltech and Pharma development with Systems Biology, Mr. Khanna also initiates and facilitates EU-India public, private and bilateral partnerships in knowledge cooperation. His book, “Between You and Me” Flight to Societal Moksha has been published by Bloomsbury India. Honoured with the Finnish Knighthood and several global awards, he remains a committed force in building cross-border, multidisciplinary ecosystems for progress
Prof. Kalervo Väänänen

Prof. Kalervo Väänänen is a distinguished academic leader and biomedical scientist with a long-standing commitment to advancing research and education. He served as the Rector of the University of Turku and continues to contribute as Director of the Department of Biomedicine in the Faculty of Medicine. With more than 30 years of experience in automotive development, Josef has taken responsibility for the development of numerous vehicle components and realised complete vehicles, including industrialisation and assembly plant planning at foreign locations. After successfully developing large business areas for established engineering service providers, Josef founded aXcep GmbH in 2012 and built it up to 60 employees within 2 years. Following the sale of aXcep to the Spanish Carbures Group, he was responsible for and developed the international automotive market division as CEO of Carbures Mobility until 2017. Since founding JN-Consulting GmbH, Josef has been very successfully serving the entire mobility sector with his network and his service portfolio of product strategy, process management and product development.

Jayesh Dadia is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Founder & Managing Partner of Jayesh Dadia & Associates LLP, with over four decades of professional experience. A graduate from Commerce & Economics from Mumbai University, he is a respected expert in taxation, corporate restructuring, and audit. His deep knowledge spans the Income Tax Act, Companies Act, Auditing and Accounting Standards. Jayesh has handled high-stakes assignments including special audits of government undertakings, statutory and concurrent audits of banks, and complex tax litigation at appellate levels. As a Board Member at Tooltech, he brings valuable financial oversight, governance insights, and regulatory expertise to the company’s leadership.
Bipasha Datta
Chief Operating Officer & Board Member
Bipasha is a commerce graduate and an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She has worked in various organisational environments right from small not for profit firms to large MNC’s. Starting out as a market research and strategy specialist with Nielsen India, she went on to garner mainstream sales and marketing experience in India’s outsourcing and real estate sectors. At Tooltech she first oversaw business development and corporate communication before stepping up as COO. True to her background in research, she brings a strong curiosity and love for learning to the role. When she’s not working, she can usually be found reading contemporary literary fiction, exploring and learning more about food and textile cultures or walking - whether through her hometown or a new city she is just getting to know.
