Hydrogen Refuelling Station Design

Hydrogen Refuelling Station Design

For a German manufacturer of Hydrogen filling stations – Tooltech supported the full design cycle of hydrogen refueling infrastructure—from conceptual layouts to certified documentation—across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering domains. This multidisciplinary expertise supports both green hydrogen and blue hydrogen infrastructure, backed by specialists in process, electrical, and mechanical systems.

The scope included – P&ID development, fluid layouts, safety valve sizing, Hazop studies, and compliance with PED, ATEX, and CE standards. We also deliver electrical circuit and layout design, SIL evaluations, and mechanical CAD modeling, including 3D piping and ex-zone documentation. Our team uses industry-standard tools such as Autodesk Inventor, Eplan Suite, PHA_works, Conval, and Infor for integrated design, safety analysis, and documentation.
