We designed and modeled press tools for heat exchanger plates, including a combination tool for forming and cutting operations. The project utilized Pro-Engineer Wildfire 2 to develop 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs. By leveraging its expertise in tooling and software proficiency, Tooltech helped optimize cost, time, and quality consistency, ensuring standardized designs ready for manufacturing.
