Screw Conveyor Design

We designed a screw conveyor for a pupl and paper machinery manufacturer. The project involved material selection, and drive system calculations. The project involved calculating machine speed, selecting the appropriate gearbox, and optimizing cover designs. Using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PDM systems, we transitioned from 2D to 3D modeling, enabling part reuse and reducing design time. The improved approach streamlined the process, eliminating redundant work while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
