E-Mobility Station Design

We collaborated with a leading automotive production systems supplier to design various stations for an E-mobility manufacturing line. The scope included detailed design, manufacturing drawings, BOM creation, and robot safety area safeguarding. Key stations covered battery pack assembly, stator processing, and hairpin manufacturing, involving insulation, plasma/laser cleaning, welding, and component stacking. The project utilized Siemens NX, Teamcenter 11, and SAP to streamline design and execution.
