Ms. Datta is an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She has worked in various organisational environments right from small not for profit firms to large MNC's. Starting out as a market research and strategy specialist with Nielsen India, she went on to garner mainstream sales and marketing experience in India's real estate, energy and infrastructure sector. At Tooltech she is responsible for framing the overall corporate strategy and also oversees marketing and corporate communication.
Mr. Kadle has over 16 years experience in Project Management, Process development and Optimization & Operational Excellence Certification and Compliance (QMS, ISMS, AS etc), handling & Manpower Resource Management. He leads a large team of competent project managers and has sound knowledge of CAD tools (like UG and Catia) engineering design, reverse engineering, product development, product certification, tool design & manufacturing, jigs fixtures and inspection gauges.
Head - Business Development, Germany
Dr.Hörsch has more than 20 years of experience in Business Development Management in the Automotive and General Engineering Services as well as in Project and R&D Management. He joined the Company in 2011. Prior to this engagement he was an R&D Manager and Project Manager in several international group companies including NOKIA from Finland, AEG from Germany and THALES from France. He has studied Physics at the University Stuttgart and Business Administration at the Academy in Ulm.
