Dr. Hörsch has more than 20 years of experience in Business Development Management in the Automotive and General Engineering Services as well as in Project- and R&D-Management. He joined the Company in 2011.Prior to this engagement he was an R&D-Manager and Project-Manager in several international group companies including NOKIA from Finland, AEG from Germany and THALES from France. He has studied Physics at the University Stuttgart and Business Administration at the Academy in Ulm.
Ms. Datta is an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She has worked in various organisational environments right from small not for profit firms to large MNC’s. Starting out as a market research and strategy specialist with Nielsen India, she went on to garner mainstream sales and marketing experience in India’s real estate, energy and infrastructure sector. At Tooltech she is responsible for framing the overall corporate strategy and also oversees corporate communication.
Mr. Sahu is a plastic engineer CIPET professional with a Business Management Degree from University of Pune. A certified lead auditor, at Tooltech he led the PMO’s office where he handled the QMS & ISMS. He has now forayed into the area of special projects where he handles projects in the railway, marine, automotive, process industries and SPM domains. Here he handles contracts management, projects management and delivering assignments from India to OEM’s across countries.

Mr. Troscheit has completed his masters in Economics from the University of Augsburg. He worked in various engineering companies in the area of international business. He has also worked in the finance department of Dorsch Consult, Munich. Subsequently, he expanded his knowledge in the areas of human resource in various other service companies. At Tooltech Deutschland GmbH he is responsible for HR in Germany where he manages all HR activities such as employee welfare, recruitment, performance appraisal, implementation of a human resource management system for Germany.

Dr. Miniyar is Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship Development. He has wide professional experience of teaching in educational institutes. He Designed, developed and implemented marketing and sales campaigns, employee incentive programs and contests for own and working organizations. Also established and improved client communications, maintained ongoing relationships is a strong area of experience. At Tooltech he is responsible for building the strategies for alliance, corporate connect and framing the overall corporate communication specially with the Government Departments.
Mr. Datir has completed his Chartered Accountancy course from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013. He began his career as a Sr. Finance Officer at a construction company, where he was looking after the financial activities for various construction projects of the company. At Tooltech heads the accounts department and is in charge of controlling all the activities related to accounts and finance including MIS for management, budgeted cash flow for all the group companies, finalization of accounts, consolidation of accounts, monthly payroll processing, coordination with auditor etc.
