Dr. Hörsch has a PhD in physics from the University of Stuttgart and has also studied business administration at the academy in Ulm. He has more than 20 years of experience in Business Development Management in the Automotive and General Engineering Services as well as in Project- and R&D-Management. He joined the Company in 2011.Prior to this engagement he was an R&D-Manager and Project-Manager in several international group companies.
Bipasha Datta is an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She has worked in various organisational environments right from small, not for profit firms to large MNC’s. Starting out as a market research and strategy specialist with Nielsen India, she went on to garner mainstream sales and marketing experience in India’s real estate, energy and infrastructure sector. At Tooltech she is responsible for framing the overall corporate strategy and also oversees corporate communication.
Javed Shaikh is an engineer in Mechanical Design with over 15 years experience. He has managed VAVE projects in Factory and Plant Automation with a core expertise in SPMs, Product Design and Plant Engineering. He leads the Tooltech delivery team.
Mr. Kadle is an engineer from NTTF and has over 16 years experience in Tooltech in Project Management, Process development, Optimization & Operational excellence. Before Tooltech, he worked in the production tool rooms of well-known manufacturing companies. He is in charge of special projects in domains such as rail coach factories, infrastructure consulting, aerospace supplier networks and managing partners.
Mr. Sahu is an engineer from CIPET with years of professional experience. A certified lead auditor, at Tooltech he led the project managment office where he handled the quality and information security management. He now handles the company’s technology projects where he handles projects in the railway, marine, automotive, process industries and SPM domains.
Suchitra Sonalkar has completed her Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She began her career as a head of purchase for a machine tool manufacturing firm in India. While working she also participated in a materials management programme at IIM-A. Post this she has been associated in research projects with various NGO’s in the field of social work. One of the projects she handled was for the Ford foundation on the impact of the 73rd Constitutional Amendment on the Panchayati Raj Institutions in India. At Tooltech she plays the mentor role across all HR activities such as employee welfare, recruitment, performance appraisal, implementation of a human resource management system, etc.
HUMAR RESOURCE AND GENERAL ADMINISTRATION, GERMANY
Mr. Troscheit has completed his masters in Economics from the University of Augsburg. He worked in various engineering companies in the area of international business. He has also worked in the finance department of Dorsch Consult, Munich. Subsequently, he expanded his knowledge in the areas of human resource in various other service companies. At Tooltech Deutschland GmbH he is responsible for HR in Germany where he manages all HR activities such as employee welfare, recruitment, performance appraisal, implementation of a human resource management system for Germany.

Dr. Miniyar is Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship Development. He has professional experience of teaching and execution of marketing and sales campaigns, employee incentive programs and maintains ongoing relationships, which is a strong area of expertise. At Tooltech he is responsible for building the strategies for alliance, corporate connect and framing the overall corporate communication specially with the Government Departments.
Somraj. Jhala did his Bacherlors in Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai and worked with several foreign companies establishing their base in India..As a royal family scion he later pursued an establishment of heritage hotels. At Tooltech he is responsible for corporate connect and framing the communication interface with the government.
Mr. Datir has completed his Chartered Accountancy course from in 2013. He began his career as a Finance Officer at a construction company, where he was looking after the financial activities for various construction projects of the company. At Tooltech heads the Accounts department and is in charge of controlling all the activities related to accounts and finance including MIS for management, budgeted cash flow for all the group companies, finalization of accounts, consolidation of accounts, monthly payroll processing, coordination with auditors.
